Sydney Lyons
Sydney Lyons is a member of the Class of 2027 at Morristown High School, where she demonstrates excellence both academically and athletically as a dedicated member of the varsity swim team. Her commitment to aquatic education extends beyond competitive swimming, as she serves as a certified lifeguard and swim instructor during the summer months.
Since joining K2K as a volunteer in 2024, Sydney has discovered her passion for youth mentorship and aquatic education. She approaches her role with enthusiasm and dedication, viewing each weekly session as an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Sydney’s philosophy centers on the belief that effective swim instruction encompasses more than technical skill development—she is committed to fostering positive relationships with young participants and creating an engaging, supportive learning environment that inspires confidence both in and out of the water.
