TaeKwon-do is more that a martial Art  

TKD is a life long skill, while a martial arts develops, listing skills and balance.

We focus on the best training for our bodies and minds, which will lead to a better understanding of ourselves. Our journey is about self-discipline, self-discovery, with an ultimate goal of self-control.

Our programs all have the following characteristics- Safe Haven, Life Long application and the look and feel of a regular program

Cognition and social development are the foundation of all our programs

Neural Plasticity – Meta – mediated learning –  prior knowledge –  intrinsic motivation – Peer mentoring – Sibling and Family integration
