Hailey Ko
Hailey Ko is a member of the Class of 2028 at Livingston High School and a competitive swimmer with the Metro Area Lifetime Swim Team. She began swimming at age 11 and has developed both technical expertise and leadership skills through her seven-year commitment to the sport.
As a coach and mentor, Hailey joined K2K at age 13 to expand her impact within the swimming community. Through her involvement with K2K, she has developed strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and empathy while helping others discover the benefits of competitive swimming. Her dual role as both athlete and instructor has strengthened her communication skills and deepened her understanding of effective teaching methods.
Hailey’s experience in swimming has cultivated discipline and stress management techniques that she applies across all areas of her life. She remains committed to promoting growth and learning opportunities within the K2K program and the broader swimming community.
