Mari Finkelstein
Mari Finkelstein is a member of the class of 2025 at The Pingry School. She is a newer member of Kids to Kids, learning about it and joining as a Swim Program mentor in 2023. Volunteering at K2K combined her love of swim with her passion for working with kids, and Mari quickly became a go-to mentor within our Saturday morning program. Mari’s dedication and enthusiasm for working with our kids is contagious.
Mari began competitive swimming when she was 7 years old and currently swims for Metro Area Lifetime. She has been a member of Pingry’s varsity swim team since 9th grade. In addition to coaching/mentoring kids at K2K, Mari is the head coach of the Fiddlers Elbow Swim Team over the summer.
In her free time, Mari enjoys to cook, hang out with friends, and swim. As someone who hopes to pursue a future career in medicine as a developmental pediatrician, Mari is grateful for all she is learning about herself in her time at K2K and appreciative of the opportunity to make a positive impact in our community.
